Are your products available in stores?
All my books and selected paper goods (journals) are available in local bookstores. However, paper goods and stationery are exclusively available online at this site.
The item that I want is out of stock. How can I be updated once you restock them?
When a product is sold out, you will be able to input your e-mail on the product page and will be notified once there is a restock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal—you can use your PayPal account or credit card for order transactions. For Philippine orders, BDO and BPI bank deposit is also accepted as long as payment is transferred within 3 business days that the order has been made.
How do I ensure that my personal and account info are private?
Rest assured that all personal information collected are handled with utmost privacy. Bank or credit card info will not be stored in our database. You can also opt to pay via Paypal for a secured and hassle-free online transaction.
Can I add more item/s to an order that I placed?
You can no longer add another item to your cart once you have checked out. Please make sure that you are 100% sure with all your orders.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as you have not transferred the payment yet and have exited your browser, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Do you accept other forms of payment aside from the options available?
We don’t. We only accept PayPal and BDO/BPI bank deposit as mentioned.
How will my order be shipped?
Once the payment has been verified, please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped via courier. Tracking number is provided upon customer’s request. For concerns or further inquiries, you may e-mail us at email@example.com for more details on your order.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery takes 3-15 business days depending on location. For Metro Manila, usually it takes 1-2 days.(Courier: Dash for Metro Manila, LBC / Fastrack for Provincial)
Why is the provincial shipping fee expensive?
This is the current fixed rate from our local courier, and if you order a lot of products, the weight increase also increases the price. Hence, we decided to cap it to P200. (Pro tip: if you’re ordering with a friend, best to split the shipping to save!)
Can I return my order?
Orders cannot be returned. If they are damaged, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to have your item/s replaced (upon approval).
I live in (insert country here). Can you ship to my city?
As of March to August 2019, we only ship to the following countries: USA, all countries in Europe, United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
This is subject to change in the coming months, so please follow us on @shopabbeysy for real-time updates. The International page will also be updated accordingly.
How will my order be shipped?
Your orders will be shipped via an assigned distributor per country / city. Once you have ordered, it may take from one week to 2 months (depending on scheduled arrival of products) for your item/s to ship. You will be notified via e-mail on updates regarding your order.
Here are the shipping companies per country / continent:
- USA: via USPS
- Europe: via DHL Deutsche Post (from Germany)
- Singapore (for SG, Malaysia and Indonesia): SingPost
Why does it take so long to ship?
Depending on the logistics per region, we are unable to automatically have stocks on hand, and we manually transport the items depending on the designated travel schedules. Hence, we advise you to check our Instagram regularly for updates.
Help! Why do I keep getting an error message when entering my address?
Kindly double check your billing and/or shipping address and ensure that they are complete and correct. Please check any typos and spell out abbreviated words. Please put your zip code. If you continue to have problems, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
I have a shop and would like to resell your products. How can we go about this?
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Reseller Inquiry” and we can discuss further details such as rates and logistics (also if you are from another country, we have to discuss shipping). Please note that we only accept outright payments and not consignments.
I would like to have personalized (insert produce here) made. Is that possible?
